What we deliver

Built in two steps: the companies, then the people.

You choose the columns. For each one, this is where we find it and how we make sure it is right.

Step 1

The companies

Start with only an industry and a location. We collect every matching business, usually from Google Maps, the largest source of small business data, or from a directory or link you send us.

Column Where we find it How we check it

Company name and Google Maps category

Every business that matches your industry in the cities, states or countries you choose.

Where we find itGoogle Maps, Yelp, Yellow Pages, industry directories, association member lists
How we check itOpen and trading, and in the right category

Address, general phone and website

The basic company details, plus size, industry and any custom fields you need.

Where we find itGoogle Maps, company websites, Crunchbase, D&B Hoovers
How we check itChecked against the company's own website

Step 2

The decision makers

Tell us the job titles and how many contacts you want per company. We research each person by hand.

Column Where we find it How we check it

Contact name and job title

The people who match your brief, by title, seniority and department.

Where we find itCompany websites, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo
How we check itMatched to a current role at the right company

Business email address

Direct work emails, not info@ or sales@ inboxes.

Where we find itApollo, RocketReach, Hunter, Findymail, Prospeo and more
How we check itVerified with tools such as NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, Reoon or BounceBan, then reviewed by a researcher

Direct phone number

Direct dials and mobiles where available, for calling as well as emailing.

Where we find itLusha, ContactOut, Cognism, Seamless.AI, Kaspr
How we check itTied to the person, not the company switchboard

LinkedIn profile URL

The exact profile for each contact, for connection requests and research.

Where we find itLinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
How we check itOpened and matched on name, company and title

List cleanup and enrichment. Already have a list? We clean it too: remove duplicates and contacts who have moved on, fill in missing emails and decision makers, and verify everything again before you send.

How it works

From your brief to a list you can send to.

  1. You tell us who you want to reach

An industry and a location is enough to start. Add job titles, contacts per company and volume if you know them.

  2. We agree the brief and the price

Every project is different, so we quote on your actual requirement and confirm the fields before we start.

  3. Researchers build the list by hand

Tools suggest candidates. A researcher checks each one against the company website and LinkedIn before it goes into your sheet.

  4. Every email is verified

Emails go through professional verification tools, and anything uncertain is checked again by hand or left out.

  5. You get a clean spreadsheet

Excel, Google Sheets or CSV, with the columns you asked for, ready to import into your CRM or cold email tool.

Tools and method

Tools help. People decide.

We use the market's leading data tools to find candidates quickly. None of them is trusted on its own. Databases go out of date, so every record is checked by a researcher against the company website and LinkedIn before it is added to your sheet.

Questions

Before you get in touch

How much does a list cost?

It depends on the brief: how hard the contacts are to find, how many you need and which fields you want. Email us what you need and we will reply with a quote for your project.

I only know the industry and the location. Is that enough?

Yes. Most projects start that way. We collect the businesses from Google Maps and other sources first, then find the decision makers at each one. If you already have a list of companies or a directory link, send it and we start from there.

Do you just export from a database?

No. We do not export from a database. Every list is built by hand, from scratch, for your project, so you get fresh and up-to-date contacts for your campaign. Data tools help us work faster, but a researcher checks every record against the company website and LinkedIn before it goes into your sheet.

How do you verify email addresses?

Every email goes through a professional verification tool such as NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, Reoon or BounceBan. Results that come back uncertain are checked again by hand, or left out rather than guessed.

What format will I receive?

A spreadsheet in Excel, Google Sheets or CSV, with the columns we agreed. It imports straight into most CRMs and cold email tools.

Can you clean a list we already have?

Yes. We remove duplicates and contacts who have moved on, add missing decision makers and emails, and verify everything again.

How do I get started?

Use the brief builder on this page, or send an email with your industry, location, job titles and how many contacts you need. We will come back with questions or a quote.

Tell us who you want to reach.

No forms. Send an email and Helal will reply with questions or a quote.
